Tony Iommi's iconic riffs, heavy tones, and massively influential albums created the blueprint for heavy metal and many other genres to follow. His career, like the man himself, is universally loved and revered. And while his innovative tuning and playing styles were a major part of his monstrous tones, a heavily modified 1964 Gibson SG™ was at the center of it all. Epiphone is proud to release a guitar based on the iconic original that launched countless heavy riffs. The Epiphone Tony Iommi SG Special features a two-piece mahogany body, a bound one piece mahogany neck with a rounded profile, an Indian laurel fretboard with 22 frets, a Graph Tech® nut, Grover® Rotomatic® tuners with contemporary style buttons, and chrome-covered Epiphone PRO P-90 pickups that are wired to CTS® potentiometers and Orange Drop® capacitors. A static cling reproduction of Tony's "Monkey" sticker is in the included hardshell case.

The Epiphone Emperor Swingster™ is a way-cool guitar that excels in a wide range of genres, including jazz, blues, rockabilly, country, and rock. This hollowbody has a 5-ply layered maple body, mahogany neck with a comfortable and fast-playing SlimTaper™ profile, Indian laurel fretboard with block inlays, mother of pearl Epiphone and Tree of Life inlays on the large Clipped Dove Wing headstock, Grover® Rotomatic® tuning machines, and two Epiphone SwingBucker™ pickups, each with a dedicated volume and tone control. Push/pull switches are built into each volume control to provide series/parallel switching for the pickups, and along with the 3-way toggle pickup selector switch, give you a broad selection of tonal options. The LockTone™ Tune-O-Matic™ bridge is mounted on a pinned wooden base so it won't move out of place when you use the licensed Bigsby® vibrato with wire handle.

The new Gibson Les Paul™ Modern incorporates many contemporary updates that players have embraced, such as a lighter-weight body and innovative SlimTaper™ neck with an asymmetrical profile. The Modern fingerboard is crafted with genuine ebony and a compound radius for lower and cleaner action. The neck/body joint features the new Modern Contoured Heel for effortless access to the highest frets as well as maximum sustain and stability. Hardware upgrades include Grover® locking Rotomatic® tuners, clear Top Hat knobs, and Burstbucker Pro™ and Burstbucker Pro + pickups. The control assembly features 4 push-pull pots to switch between the Gibson™ humbucker™ and the single coil P-90 sounds, both of which have defined so many genres of music across multiple generations since we invented them, phase switching and pure bypass for functional and versatile sonic variety. The new Gibson Les Paul Modern is here to shape sound for future generations.
